At Edward Meller, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer easy returns on all full-priced items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn shoes or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all protective tissue and dust bags are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund has been processed.
